Privacy and terms

WattThePlug has no accounts and never asks who you are. Here’s the little it does use. Questions are welcome at hello@watttheplug.in.

Services behind WattThePlug
A few outside services handle hosting, feedback storage, email and maps, and check that feedback comes from a person, not a script. Like most websites, they see the usual technical details of a visit, such as the connection’s address.
The visit stats come from Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. Each explains its side: how Google uses this data · Microsoft’s privacy statement.
WattThePlug sets no cookies of its own and works just as well with them blocked.
Terms of use
WattThePlug is free and comes as it is. Charger details come from open sources and other drivers and may be out of date, and WattThePlug can’t tell whether a charger is free right now, so it’s worth checking the network’s app first. WattThePlug can’t take responsibility for a wasted trip.
Feedback should cover only what was seen first-hand. WattThePlug isn’t meant for anyone under 18, and these terms follow the laws of India.
